1. OVERVIEW

1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the WeeDRIVE App and the services made available through it. This includes the creation and management of your account, the purchase and use of Credits, Ride bookings, passenger transport services, payments, cancellations and refunds.

1.2 Each user must read and expressly accept these Terms before creating an account or using the WeeDRIVE Service. By selecting “I agree,” you agree to be bound by these Terms. The contractual relationships concerning the App and Rides are explained in the “About WeeDRIVE” section. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the App or Service.

1.3 These Terms apply to every User connected to a Family Account. Additional provisions concerning Account Holders, Account Members, Passengers and minors are set out in these Terms.

1.4 These Terms replace any previous version of the WeeDRIVE Terms and Conditions that applied. They do not replace the WeeDRIVE Privacy Notice or any service-specific conditions that apply to a particular service or booking.

1.5 Where additional or service-specific conditions apply, they will be made available to you before you use or book the relevant service. If there is a conflict, the service-specific conditions will take precedence only in relation to that particular service. All other provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

2. THE WEEDRIVE APP

2.1 The WeeDRIVE App enables registered users to access and manage the mobility services made available through WeeDRIVE. Depending on the service and account type available to you, the App enables you to:

(a) create and manage a family account;

(b) add and manage Account Members and Passenger profiles, including eligible Passengers’ transport needs;

(c) save frequently used pickup and drop-off locations and manage recurring schedules;

(d) request, book, view or cancel Rides;

(e) purchase and use WeeDRIVE Credits and view your Credit balance and payments history;

(f) receive estimated pickup and drop-off times and Ride-related notifications; and

(g) access live tracking and information about the assigned vehicle and driver for the Rides.

2.2 The services, features, eligibility requirements, seats availability, service areas and operating hours available to you are displayed through the App. These may differ depending on your location, account type and the particular WeeDRIVE service you are eligible to use.

2.3 Bookings are subject to seat availability. If no seat is available, the App will not allow you to complete the booking. Where availability is limited, the App will display the number of remaining seats. Once the App confirms the booking, a seat is reserved for the passenger, subject to these Terms.

2.4 The App is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You may use it to manage Rides for authorised Account Members and Passengers connected to the Family Account, but you must not resell or commercially exploit the App, Bookings or Rides.

2.5 App features may be updated, modified or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical requirements or operational changes. Where reasonably possible, Users will be informed of material changes affecting confirmed Bookings or their ability to use the Service.

2.6 MaaSLab provides the App but does not operate the vehicles or perform the Rides. Rides are performed by Licensed Transport Operators.

3. USING THE WEEDRIVE APP

3.1 When using the App, you have the right to receive clear and accurate information about the Service Areas, operating hours and Credits required for a Ride.

3.2 Subject to these Terms and the availability of the Service, you have the right to:

  • access the App functions available according to your role and permissions;
  • see the Credits required before confirming a Booking;
  • receive Booking confirmation and available information about the scheduled Ride;
  • view the Wallet balance and Payment History;
  • cancel a Booking under the cancellation conditions in Section 8;
  • receive a return of Credits to the Wallet where provided under these Terms;
  • receive reasonable customer support concerning accounts, Bookings, payments and Rides;
  • submit a complaint and receive a response within a reasonable period;
  • be treated fairly, respectfully and without unlawful discrimination, subject to applicable eligibility and safety requirements;
  • exercise your personal-data rights as explained in the Privacy Notice;
  • select “Delete Account” and stop using the Service, subject to the account-deletion provisions of these Terms.

3.3 You have the right to expect MaaSLab to provide the App and Licensed Transport Operators to perform Rides with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable legal and safety requirements.

3.4 Ride availability before Booking confirmation is not guaranteed. Once a Booking is confirmed, a seat is reserved for the Passenger, subject to these Terms. Estimated pickup and drop-off times are not guaranteed and may change because of routing, traffic, weather, road conditions, service disruptions or other operational circumstances.

3.5 You can customise push notifications, functionalities and connection to other applications through the Settings in the App.

3.6 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer or statutory rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

4. WEEDRIVE APP ACCOUNT AND ACCESS

4.1 To access the full App features, you must create a Family Account or be added as an Account Member and complete the registration process. You are responsible for having a compatible mobile device, internet access and a supported operating system, including any applicable network or data charges.

4.2 To create and administer a Family Account, you must be at least 18 years old and be the parent or legal guardian of a Passenger. Each Account Member must separately accept these Terms before using the App. A minor may access the App only after being connected to a Family Account and authorised by their parent or legal guardian.

4.3 When registering or using the Service, you must provide accurate and complete information. This may include your name, telephone number, email address and information required to create Passenger profiles, verify eligibility, manage Bookings or respond to an emergency. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the WeeDRIVE Privacy Notice.

4.4 You must keep your account and Passenger information accurate and up to date, particularly contact details, eligibility information, saved pickup and drop-off locations and each Passenger’s correct date of birth.

You must not provide a false or inaccurate date of birth to obtain access to a service for which a Passenger is not eligible. Doing so may result in cancellation of the Booking, refusal of boarding or restriction or suspension of access to the Service.

4.5 Your login details are personal to you and must not be shared. Other people may access the Family Account only through their own authorised Account Member access. You must notify MaaSLab promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without permission.

4.6 You may stop using the App at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may select “Delete Account” through the available account settings.

If the Account Holder selects “Delete Account”, the entire Family Account and all Account Member accounts connected to it will be deleted. All future Bookings associated with the Family Account will be cancelled. Any remaining Credits will be lost, as further explained in Section 7.

If an Account Member selects “Delete Account”, only that Account Member’s individual account and access will be deleted. The Family Account and the accounts of its other members will remain active.

Deleting an account does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of all associated personal data. Personal data will be deleted or retained in accordance with the WeeDRIVE Privacy Notice and applicable law.

4.7 Access to an account may be temporarily restricted or suspended where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised use, a safety risk or a breach of these Terms. Where reasonably possible, the affected User will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to respond. Details may be withheld where disclosure could compromise security, an investigation or compliance with applicable law.

4.8 Access to an account may be permanently terminated in accordance with Section 13. The treatment of unused Credits following termination will be governed by Section 7.

5. WEEDRIVE RIDES

5.1 WeeDRIVE Rides are performed by EMEL and Licensed Transport Operators collaborating with EMEL. MaaSLab facilitates access to the Rides through the App but does not operate the vehicles or provide the passenger transport services.

5.2 When you confirm a Booking, you reserve a seat for the Passenger. The assigned operator is identified in the App the day of the Ride.

5.3 The availability of a Ride depends on the applicable Service Area and operating hours, Passenger eligibility, seat availability, route feasibility and other operational requirements. The App will not allow you to complete a Booking that does not satisfy the applicable requirements. Bookings for a Ride must be confirmed by 19:00 Cyprus local time on the day before the scheduled Ride. After that deadline, the App will not accept a new Booking for that Ride.

5.4 On the day of the Ride, the App will provide the estimated pickup and drop-off times, the assigned Licensed Transport Operator and the driver’s name and relevant vehicle details.

Pickup and drop-off times are estimates and are not guaranteed. They may change because of traffic, weather, road conditions, Passenger demand, changes to the route or other operational circumstances.

5.5 A confirmed Booking cannot be modified. To change the Passenger, date, time, pickup location or drop-off location, you must cancel the existing Booking through the App and make a new Booking. The cancellation conditions apply to the cancelled Booking, and the new Booking is subject to seat availability and sufficient Credits.

5.6 WeeDRIVE is a shared transport service. A Passenger may travel with other eligible Passengers, and the vehicle may make additional pickups and drop-offs during the journey. A Booking does not entitle the Passenger to exclusive use of the vehicle or to a direct, non-stop journey.

5.7 Where the passenger is a minor, the passenger must be connected to a family account created or authorised by their parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the passenger meets the applicable eligibility requirements and that the information provided about the passenger is accurate and current.

5.8 Unless expressly stated for a particular service, an adult escort, caregiver or childcare service is not provided during the Ride. Services that include an escort will be identified in the App and made available only to eligible authorised Users.

5.9 After a Ride, the Passenger and driver may rate each other on a scale from 1 to 5. Ratings and average ratings can be accessed by authorised MaaSLab personnel and used to monitor and improve safety and service quality and to review feedback or complaints.

6. YOUR OBLIGATIONS

6.1 Lawful and proper use: You must use the WeeDRIVE App and Service lawfully, responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to defraud MaaSLab, the Licensed Transport Operators or another User, interfere with the operation of the Service or use it in a way that may compromise another person’s safety or experience.

6.2 Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating or managing your account or Family Account, adding an Account Member or Passenger, or making a Booking. This includes each Passenger’s correct date of birth, contact information, pickup and drop-off locations and any other information reasonably required to provide the Service safely.

You are responsible for checking the details of each Booking before confirming it and for promptly correcting any inaccurate information.

6.3 Passengers and Family Account permissions: You may add or manage a Passenger only if you are their parent or legal guardian or are otherwise legally authorised to do so. You may make or manage a Booking for a Passenger only where you are authorised to do so through the Family Account. Where a Passenger is a minor, their parent or legal guardian must:

  • ensure that the Passenger meets the applicable eligibility requirements;
  • explain the relevant safety and conduct requirements to the Passenger;
  • take reasonable steps to ensure that the Passenger complies with these Terms; and
  • remain reasonably contactable through the contact details associated with their account while the Passenger is using the Service.

6.4 Bookings and Credits: You must have sufficient Credits in your account to complete a booking. You are responsible for all bookings properly made through your account and for any applicable charges, including cancellation or no-show charges, in accordance with these Terms.

You must not transfer or commercially exploit a booking or use false information, duplicate accounts or automated methods to obtain or misuse Credits, bookings, promotions or other benefits.

6.5 Being ready for pickup: The Passenger must be present and ready to board at the confirmed pickup location by the pickup time communicated through the App.

The vehicle will wait for up to three minutes after arriving at the confirmed pickup location. If the Passenger cannot be located or does not board within that period, the vehicle may continue its route and the Booking will be treated as a no-show. Any applicable no-show charge will be handled in accordance with the cancellation and refund provisions of Section 8.

Pickup and arrival times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, other passengers, road conditions or operational circumstances.

6.6 Before pickup and after drop-off: The Ride begins when the Passenger boards the vehicle and ends when the Passenger leaves the vehicle at the designated drop-off location. The WeeDRIVE Service does not provide childcare, supervision before pickup or supervision after drop-off.

6.7 Passenger identification and boarding: Passengers must follow the identification and boarding procedures communicated through the App, including providing or confirming the applicable Booking PIN to the driver when boarding. A Passenger must not board a vehicle if the Booking cannot be verified or if the driver instructs them not to board for a legitimate safety or operational reason.

6.8 Safety and conduct during Rides:

Passengers must:

  • follow the driver’s reasonable safety instructions;
  • wear a seat belt and remain seated while the vehicle is moving;
  • treat drivers, other passengers and members of the public respectfully;
  • avoid distracting the driver or interfering with the safe operation of the vehicle; and
  • take reasonable care of the vehicle and the property of others.

Passengers must not:

  • engage in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, harassing or disruptive behaviour;
  • smoke or vape in the vehicle;
  • possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs in the vehicle;
  • carry weapons, dangerous substances or items that may create a safety risk;
  • intentionally damage or excessively soil the vehicle; or
  • engage in any unlawful activity during the Ride.

A Licensed Transport Operator may refuse boarding or end a Passenger’s Ride where reasonably necessary to protect safety, comply with applicable law or address serious misconduct. Any action involving a minor Passenger must be taken with due regard to the Passenger’s safety and applicable legal and operational requirements.

6.9 Accessibility and relevant passenger needs: When you add a minor member to your family account, you can indicate if the passenger has any special needs. If you provide such information, WeeDRIVE takes this into account and assigns to you an appropriate vehicle upon availability and the driver is aware. If a wheel chair is used, you should contact WeeDRIVE to ensure that the type of the wheelchair can be accomodated by the available buses. You should provide only information reasonably necessary for arranging and providing the Service. Such information will be processed in accordance with the WeeDRIVE Privacy Notice.

6.10 Damage and additional cleaning: You may be responsible for reasonable repair or additional cleaning costs resulting from intentional or negligent damage caused by you or a passenger booked through your account. Any such charge must be supported by reasonable evidence, and you will be informed of the reason and amount. You may contact customer support if you wish to dispute the charge.

6.11 Reporting problems: You must promptly notify WeeDRIVE, if you become aware of:

  • unauthorised use of your account;
  • a safety concern or incident connected with a Ride;
  • an error in a booking or passenger’s information; or
  • lost property or damage connected with the bus transport operator.

Reports may be submitted through the App or by contacting WeeDRIVE customer support using the contact details published in these Terms or in the App.

7. CHARGES & PAYMENTS

7.1 Charges for Rides: There is no separate charge for downloading the WeeDRIVE App, creating an account or accessing its features. Rides are paid for using Credits purchased through the App. The number of Credits required for a Ride will be displayed before you confirm the Booking. By confirming the Booking, you authorise the required number of Credits to be deducted from the Family Account’s Wallet. The number of Credits required for a Ride does not include any tip or gratuity.

7.2 Purchasing Credits: The WeeDRIVE Service operates through a prepaid Credit system. You can purchase packages of Credits as they are displayed in the Wallet. At the date these Terms take effect, one purchased Credit costs €1, excluding applicable VAT. Before completing a purchase of a Credits packge, you have to check if there is availability in terms of hours, locations and seats for the rides you want to book. Before completing a Credit purchase, the App will display:

  • the number of Credits being purchased;
  • the total amount payable;
  • the applicable VAT or other taxes; and
  • any specific conditions that apply to the Credits.

You must expressly confirm the purchase before payment is taken.

7.3 Payment processing: Payments are made using the payment methods accepted and displayed in the App. Card and other electronic payments are securely processed by Stripe. MaaSLab and WeeMOBILITY do not receive or store your credit or debit card details on their own systems. The payment provider’s terms and Privacy Notice also apply to the processing of your payment. MaaSLab and WeeMOBILITY are not responsible for fees independently imposed by your bank, card issuer or payment provider, such as currency-conversion or insufficient-funds charges.

7.4 Invoices and receipts An invoice will be issued for each completed purchase of Credits. Invoices will be available through the App and sent to the email address associated with the Family Account. Payments for Credits are received by WeeMOBILITY Ltd., which issues the corresponding invoices in accordance with applicable tax and VAT requirements.

7.5 Payment History: The App includes a “Payment History” function through which authorised Users can view completed Credit purchases and download the corresponding invoices. You should contact WeeDRIVE customer support promptly if you identify an incorrect, duplicate or unauthorised transaction in the Payment History.

7.6 Using Credits: Credits purchased through the App:

  • may only be used to book eligible WeeDRIVE Rides;
  • are linked to the family account through which they were purchased;
  • do not expire while the account remains active;
  • cannot be transferred, resold or used for commercial purposes; and
  • cannot be exchanged for cash, except where a monetary refund is approved under this Section or required by applicable law.

When a Booking is confirmed, the required number of Credits is deducted from the Family Account’s Wallet.

Where a Booking is cancelled and a Credit refund is due under these Terms, the applicable Credits will be returned only to the Family Account’s Wallet and will not be refunded in money to the original payment method.

7.7 Reward Credits: WeeDRIVE may occasionally provide complimentary or reward Credits. Additional conditions, including eligibility requirements or an expiry date, may apply to such Credits and will be communicated when they are issued. Reward Credits:

  • have no cash value;
  • cannot be transferred or exchanged for money; and
  • will not be refunded when an account is closed.

7.8 Changes to prices and Credit values: WeeDRIVE may change:

  • the price at which Credits are sold;
  • the number of Credits included in a Credit package; or
  • the number of Credits required for future Rides.

Any change will be clearly displayed in the App before you purchase Credits or confirm a booking. Changes to the purchase price of Credits will apply only to future Credit purchases.

A price change will not alter your existing Credit balance or affect a booking that has already been confirmed.

7.9 Deleting an account: Before the Account Holder selects “Delete Account”, the Account Holder should use any remaining purchased or Reward Credits. If the Account Holder proceeds with deletion, all remaining purchased and Reward Credits in the Family Account’s Wallet will be cancelled without refund. If an Account Member selects “Delete Account”, only that Account Member’s individual account and access will be deleted. The Family Account and its Credit balance will not be affected.

7.10 Discontinuation of the Service: If the WeeDRIVE Service is permanently discontinued, Account Holders will be informed of the treatment of any unused Credits. Unused purchased Credits will be refunded where required by applicable law. Reward Credits may be cancelled without payment or compensation.

8. CANCELLATIONS, NO-SHOW & REFUNDS

8.1 Cancel a Booking / Ride: you may cancel a booked Ride at any time before the Ride takes place. Cancellations are done only through the WeeDRIVE App. To cancel a Ride, you must open the relevant booking and select the “Cancel Ride” button displayed in the App. The cancellation is completed only when the App confirms that the Ride has been cancelled. Informing the driver or contacting WeeDRIVE by telephone, email or another communication channel does not, by itself, cancel the Ride.

8.2 Charging and refunds of cancelling a Ride:

8.2.1 Cancellation before the booking deadline: If the App confirms the cancellation before 19:00 Cyprus local time on the day before the scheduled Ride, all Credits deducted for that Booking will be returned automatically to the Family Account’s Wallet. Returned Credits will normally appear in the Wallet within a few minutes but may take longer because of technical processing.

8.2.2 Cancellation at or after the booking deadline: If the App confirms the cancellation at or after 19:00 Cyprus local time on the day before the scheduled Ride, the deducted Credits will not be returned. This is because Bookings have closed, route planning has started and the reserved seat may no longer be allocated to another Passenger.

The time at which the App records and confirms the cancellation determines whether the Credits are returned. All Booking and cancellation deadlines under these Terms refer to Cyprus local time.

8.3 Passenger No-show: The passenger must be at the confirmed pickup location at the communicated pickup time. If the passenger is not present, the vehicle will wait for up to three minutes and the driver will attempt to contact the parent or guardian. If the passenger still does not appear, the vehicle will leave and the booking will be treated as a no-show. The deducted Credits are not returned.

8.4 Vehicle (Bus) No-show: If the vehicle does not arrive and WeeDRIVE confirms that the Ride cannot be provided, all deducted Credits will be returned to your WeeDRIVE wallet. A delay does not automatically constitute a vehicle no-show. However, if MaaSLab or the Licensed Transport Operator confirms that the delay means the Ride can no longer be provided, the Booking will be treated as cancelled and the deducted Credits will be returned.

8.5 Refunds: Purchased Credits cannot generally be redeemed, converted into cash or refunded to a credit card, debit card or other payment method. However, you may contact WeeDRIVE customer support to request a monetary refund of unused purchased Credits where you are unable to make reasonable use of the Service in terms of where no suitable Rides are available because of the applicable Service Area, operating hours, Passenger eligibility or seat availability.

Each request will be considered individually, taking into account the circumstances and the extent to which the purchased Credits have been used. WeeDRIVE may approve a full or partial refund of the remaining unused purchased Credits. Any approved refund will normally be made to the original payment method, and the corresponding Credits will be removed from the Family Account’s Wallet. Reward Credits are not eligible for a monetary refund.

9. PRIVACY NOTICE & PERSONAL DATA

9.1 Personal data: Personal data relating to you, Account Members and Passengers connected to a Family Account is processed as described in the WeeDRIVE Privacy Notice and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Cyprus data-protection law.

9.2 Privacy information: The Privacy Notice explains what personal data is collected, why it is used, who it may be shared with, how long it is retained and how you can exercise your data protection rights. It is available through the WeeDRIVE App and website.

9.3 Linked Family Members & Passengers: If you provide personal data about another person, including a minor, you confirm that you are authorised to provide the required information.

Each adult Account Member will be provided with access to the Privacy Notice when completing their own registration.

9.4 Account deletion: Selecting “Delete Account” does not necessarily result in the immediate deletion of all personal data. Certain records may be retained where required or permitted by applicable law, including for legal, tax, accounting, payment, safety or dispute-resolution purposes, as explained in the Privacy Notice. Such records will be retained only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

10.1 Ownership: The WeeDRIVE App, website, technology platform, software, databases, designs, text, graphics, photographs, videos, social-media content created by or for WeeDRIVE, and the WeeDRIVE name, logo, slogans and other brand materials are collectively referred to as the “WeeDRIVE Materials.” The WeeDRIVE Materials and the intellectual property rights in them are owned by one or more of MaaSLab, WeeDRIVE Ltd., WeeMOBILITY Ltd. or their respective licensors. MaaSLab is authorised to make the WeeDRIVE Materials available to Users under these Terms. The WeeDRIVE Materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database and other intellectual property laws. Any database rights in the WeeDRIVE Materials do not affect the rights of individuals in their personal data, which are governed by the WeeDRIVE Privacy Notice and applicable data-protection law.

10.2 Limited use: Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to download, access and use the WeeDRIVE App and Materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use of the Service. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

10.3 Restrictions: Except where authorised in writing, you must not:

  • copy, modify, sell, license or commercially use the WeeDRIVE Materials;
  • reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App’s source code;
  • scrape, extract or systematically collect data from the App or website;
  • interfere with the security or operation of the App or website;
  • use the WeeDRIVE name, logo or branding in a misleading manner; or
  • register any confusingly similar trademark, business name, domain name, application name or social-media account.

10.4 Sharing publicly available content: You may share publicly available WeeDRIVE content for personal, non-commercial purposes using the sharing functions provided by the website, App or relevant social-media platform. You must not materially alter the content in a misleading way, remove WeeDRIVE branding or proprietary notices, or suggest that WeeDRIVE endorses you, your organisation or your activities.

10.5 Third-party materials: The App, website or platform contain software, content, maps or other materials owned by third parties. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate licence terms.

11. YOUR LIABILITY

11.1 You are responsible for loss or damage directly caused by your intentional or negligent misuse of the App or Transport Service, breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.

11.2 You are responsible for activities carried out through your individual account. However, you will not be responsible for unauthorised activity where you have taken reasonable steps to protect your account and notified WeeDRIVE promptly after becoming aware of it.

11.3 You are responsible for loss or damage caused by a passenger booked through your account where you are legally responsible for that passenger’s conduct. You are not automatically responsible for another person’s conduct merely because that person is connected to the Family Account or is a Passenger for whom a Booking was made.

11.4 You are not responsible for loss or damage caused by WeeDRIVE, the third party bus transport operator, another party or circumstances beyond your reasonable control.

11.5 Nothing in this Section imposes liability on you beyond the liability that may lawfully be imposed under applicable law.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the liability of MaaSLab or a Licensed Transport Operator where that liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12.2 MaaSLab is responsible for the WeeDRIVE App, technology platform, account and Booking management, and customer-support functions described in these Terms. Subject to Clause 12.1, MaaSLab is not responsible for loss or damage to the extent that it:

  • was not caused by a breach of these Terms, negligence or another legal fault attributable to MaaSLab;
  • was not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of MaaSLab's act or omission;
  • resulted from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by a User or Passenger;
  • resulted from misuse of the App or Service or a breach of these Terms by a User or Passenger;
  • resulted from a failure of the User's device, internet connection or mobile network; or
  • resulted from circumstances beyond MaaSLab's reasonable control.

12.3 The Licensed Transport Operator assigned to a Ride is responsible for performing the passenger transport service, including the operation, licensing, roadworthiness and maintenance of the vehicle and the qualifications, conduct and training of the driver.

12.4 The Service is provided for personal and non-commercial use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MaaSLab is not responsible for business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or anticipated savings.

12.5 Nothing in this Section affects your right to have Credits returned to the Family Account’s Wallet where you are entitled to a Credit refund under Section 8 or applicable law.

13. TERMINATION

13.1 Termination by you: You may stop using the Service and terminate your agreement with MaaSLab at any time by selecting “Delete Account” in the App. If the Account Holder selects “Delete Account”, the entire Family Account and all Account Member accounts connected to it will be deleted, and all future Bookings will be cancelled. Remaining Credits will be treated in accordance with Section 7.

13.2 Termination by MaaSLab: MaaSLab may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the Service where the User seriously or repeatedly breaches these Terms, misuses the Service, commits or attempts fraud, or creates a safety, security or legal risk. Where reasonably possible, the affected User will be informed of the reason and given an opportunity to respond before access is permanently terminated. Immediate suspension or termination may apply where reasonably necessary to address an urgent safety, security, fraud or legal risk. Information may be withheld where disclosure is prohibited by law or could compromise security or an investigation.

13.3 Effect on Bookings and Credits: Future Bookings affected by suspension or termination may be cancelled. Any Credits deducted for those Bookings and any remaining Credits in the Wallet will be treated in accordance with Sections 7 and 8.

13.4 Discontinuation of the Service: MaaSLab may discontinue all or part of the Service by providing reasonable advance notice through the App, by email or through another appropriate communication channel, unless urgent legal, safety or operational circumstances require immediate action. If discontinuation prevents a confirmed Ride from being provided, the Credits deducted for that Booking will be returned to the Family Account’s Wallet in accordance with Section 8. Remaining Credits following permanent discontinuation of the Service will be treated in accordance with Section 7.

13.5 Effect of termination: Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination. Any provisions that are intended by their nature to continue after termination will remain effective. Personal data will be retained or deleted in accordance with Section 9 and the WeeDRIVE Privacy Notice.

14. GENERAL

14.1 Changes to these Terms: these Terms may be updated, where reasonably necessary, including to reflect changes to the law, the Service, technology, security or operational requirements.

Material changes will be communicated through the App, by email or through another appropriate communication channel within a reasonable period before they take effect. Where required, you may be asked to expressly accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service.

Changes will not apply retrospectively or affect an already confirmed Booking, unless required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to address an urgent safety or security risk.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may select “Delete Account” before the changes take effect. The consequences of account deletion, including the treatment of Bookings and Credits, are explained in Sections 4, 7 and 13.

14.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will apply only to the extent that it is valid and enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue to apply.

14.3 Transfer and subcontracting: MaaSLab may transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms to another organisation, provided that you are given reasonable notice and the transfer does not reduce your rights under these Terms or applicable law. MaaSLab may use subcontractors to perform certain obligations, but remains responsible for the obligations assigned to MaaSLab under these Terms. You may not transfer your account or your agreement with MaaSLab to another person without MaaSLab’s prior written consent. This does not restrict any rights that you may have under applicable law.

14.4 Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any additional terms expressly accepted by you, constitute the agreement between you and MaaSLab concerning your access to and use of the WeeDRIVE App and replace any previous version of that agreement. The agreement for passenger transport relating to each Ride is between you and the assigned Licensed Transport Operator, as explained in the “About WeeDRIVE” section.

14.5 Additional terms: Additional terms may apply to a particular service, Service Area or promotion. These will be made available to you before you use the relevant service or participate in the promotion. If additional terms conflict with these Terms, the additional terms will take precedence only in relation to the relevant service, Service Area or promotion. All other provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS

15.1 Complaints: If you have a complaint, please first contact customer support at weedrive@maaslab.org. We will try to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

15.2 Consumer authorities and alternative dispute resolution: If your complaint is not resolved, you may submit a complaint to the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service. You may also refer the dispute to an approved alternative dispute resolution body that is competent to consider it. Information about available bodies and their procedures is available through the European Commission’s consumer dispute-resolution website. MaaSLab will participate in an alternative dispute resolution procedure where required by law and may agree to participate in other cases.

15.3 Court proceedings: Nothing in this section limits your right to bring proceedings before a competent court. You are not required to complete an alternative dispute resolution procedure before exercising any right to bring court proceedings, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

16.1 These Terms and your agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

16.2 If you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain any mandatory consumer protections available under the laws of that country. Any mandatory laws applicable to a Ride in the relevant Service Area will also continue to apply.

16.3 The courts of the Republic of Cyprus will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings before any other court having jurisdiction under applicable consumer law, including, where applicable, the courts of the country in which you live. MaaSLab may bring proceedings against you only before courts permitted under applicable consumer law.
